We just returned from a Medical/Wheelchair outreach in Guatemala. The municipality we worked in has a tremendous poverty problem with 83% living below poverty level. In these communities people suffer and even die of relatively simple medical conditions. It's heartbreaking and unacceptable. The people are almost invisible. We ministered to many of them last week, and you became the answer to their prayers.

We saw:
- Approximately 400 in our Medical Clinics
- 90+ in our Dental Clinics
- Beeline Wheelchairs were delivered and fit to 30 children
- Over 200 people in Optical Clinics
- One physical therapist did 28 theraputic massages

All of this was sponsored and paid for by the donors of Integrity International. However, there is more to be done, I believe that our Lord is pleased because His word says "Oh, the joys of those who are kind to the poor! The LORD rescues them when they are in trouble." Psalm 41:1 NLT. We are already planning for next year. Consider joining us on a team and/or donating to Integrity international.
